CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Out of respect for our photographers that hold their schedule for your session, we ask that you notify us by 10:00 am four days before your scheduled session if you need to cancel or reschedule. Anything rescheduled after that timeframe will incur a $40 cancelation fee.  This $40 is fully refundable on the day of your rescheduled appointment, as long as that appointment is kept. Please be aware that the following services must be held with a credit card.

 

• Family Sessions

• Pet Sessions

• Headshots sessions

• Styled Shoots

 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to offer that time to another family. The entire studio is reserved especially for you, and your photographer has already started to plan your shoot. 

 

This cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our families on a waiting list of any availability as well as keep our staff schedules filled, therefore better-serving everyone.
